I am passionate about guiding ladies through all of life's transitions; Wellbeing, Fertility, Pregnancy, Menopause. And, I have a lived experience through all of these, plus I am highly trained in all of them !

I am especially passionate about providing support to ladies who are on a fertility journey. When things don't happen as planned, you can find yourself spiralling into stress, worry, fear. You might find yourself on medicated cycles such as IVF, with no guarantee at the end. I know, I have been there ! For a whole 7 years. But I got my little family and now I support you as you walk this path to motherhood.

And then you find yourself pregnant. And guess what, the worries continue. Every appointment, every scan, every niggle can strike fear into your heart. "Is the baby ok ?" Again, I am here to support you until you are holding that little baby in your arms.

And then we have menopause. What a journey. Often seen in a bad light - the hot flushes, panic attacks, anxiety, sore joints, insomnia, and the list goes on. But this can be a great time. You are more intuitive, you are a Queen ! You are stepping out of your nurturing phase of looking after everyone else and bringing your attention back to you. You can now set your boundaries. Say No, if it doesn't suit. Reclaim your sexuality. YES, this can be a great time.

So, now I give you Programs and Courses to support you even further and yes, some of them do include Reflexology so you can claim back. Some you can do at home in your own time and some I will do with you. You will have an app you can use on your laptop, table or phone, whatever suits, so you can connect on the go if you want.
